TheMZR2.3DISIvehicles use a by-pass-valve (BPV) system torecirculateexcess pressure from the turbo when the throttle closes. When upgrading from the factory valve its important to maintain this system. Our kit includes everything that you need to get the added durability of a Mazdaspeed HKS BOV, but with the recirculating hardware needed to keep the factory system happy. *Does not include BOV.

Self Adjusting Valve

The HKS SSQ BOV is self adjusting and does not require calculating the proper spring for vacuum like a Tial valve. Just install and you’re good to go without any modification.

HeliHose

The full kit option includes our specially designedHeliHose- a flexible silicone hose that routes the vented air back into the inlet pipe, following the OEM design. The supplied Stainless Liner clamps ensure a tight fit without damaging the silicone.

CNC Machined Flange

We designed a low profileCNCmachined adapter flange to bolt on to the factory location and interface with theHKS SSQVvalve.
