The K&N F.I.P.K. (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) intake kit for the Mazda Miata combines the efficiency of a high flow K&N air filter and mounting adapter with the tuned efficiency of the factory Miata intake tract. K&N utilizes the largest conical air filter able to fit to maximize filtration. A custom heat shield protects the air filter from the heat generated by the header for the coolest possible inlet temperatures. The air filter is attached to a rotationally molded, high-density, polyethylene intake tube to enhance the intake charge by creating an air stream, free of power-robbing turbulence.

The performance of the FIPK intake system has been dyno proven, creating a 4.08 HP @ 5828 RPM horsepower increase on a stock Miata. You can’t argue with numbers like that from a filter kit. This kit is CARB exempt in all 50 states, and mounts to the factory intake mounting locations with common hand tools. All necessary hardware is included for a complete and clean installation.
